All fees payable to AnyHour Mobile Notary are due before scheduling a mobile notary appointment, whether online or by phone. If you place a phone order or book online with our agency and request to cancel an appointment for any reason after payment has been remitted, there will be no refunds.
For jail or prison notary services, please note that there are no refunds if we are unable to gain access to a facility due to jail or prison rules, regulations, or restrictions beyond our control. Likewise, if the inmate refuses to sign documents, all fees remain non-refundable.
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read and expressly agreed to the fees and terms of our service. You also agree to hold AnyHour Mobile Notary, its employees, and contractors harmless from any liability related to denied access, facility restrictions, or refusal of signature.
